URunit – a gambling platform

URunit is a gambling platform that allows players to manage the game completely. It provides a platform where a player will host , control and also receives profits coming from the game. The platform is created as a “white label”, so they can sell it to other operators. This, in turn, will allow us to share the concept around the world in a short time and make it an industry standard. Also, the platform has an open API (application programming interface). This will make it possible to add games created by third-party developers. This way the library of games on the platform can be constantly replenished and expanded with minimum time and money invested.

How it works

Players control everything
Absolutelly all games, card tables, poker rooms, tournaments, slot machines, lotteries, etc. in casino are controlled by the players themselves. Each game is hosted by a certain player.
Game leasing
This player determines parameters of the game or tournament he is hosting and becomes the owner of the game for the time being. Let’s say, each game is leased to one of the players for a nominal fee.
Daily drawings
The easiest way to give each user the opportunity to become the owner of the game is drawing of the lots. Drawings are held automatically. The winner should pay a small fee in URUN tokens to confirm his/her right to own the game.

Monitoring & Moderation

During this lease, the owner of the game not only monitors what is going on, but also performs basic functions of a moderator.
Profit
At the end of this period, the owner of the game receives most of the profit generated during his lease.
Player’s rank
The more often the user plays and the bigger his bets, the higher is his rank. And the higher is the player’s rank, the more chances he has to become the owner of the game.

In the beginning, basic games will be made:

Initially, these games will be created as downloadable games for Windows and Mac OS platforms, as well as browser based games with HTML5 and WebGL technologies. Applications for mobile devices (phones and tablets) will be launched later. This way they can release the games in a very short term and start inviting users to their platform.

The stages of development and launch of these games repeat those of the basic games.

Technologies

They use classic client-server technology to launch the platform. The reason they do not use blockchain to create a fully decentralized platform is quite simple. So far, there is not a single blockchain platform that would allow millisecond transactions for data transferring. More over, any transaction in the blockchain is by no means free. A large number of transactions with a lot of data will make it very expensive – the cost of the project will exceed any revenue it might generate. Of course, the concept of a fully decentralized platform has many advantages, but they will be able to implement it only after a new generation of blockchain platforms, eliminating the shortcomings of its predecessors will replace the existing ones.

• payments to the third-party game developers
